Flat Panel Embroidery simply means that your
logo is embroidered onto fabric before the cap is assembled. By embroidering on
a flat surface, you achieve a level of detail and consistency not possible using
traditional embroidery methods. Traditional cap embroidery requires the cap to
be framed which by it's nature allows inconsistent embroidery location and as
the cap is moving on a curved surface when it is being embroidered - there are
challenges in keeping the logo in it's desired perspective. All of these
challenges are eliminated with true flat panel embroidery.
